Sentational and sustainable. Today we picked up duck on pre-order for 4 people, in our own pots and pans without packaging waste. A dream, everything extra, a whole pot full of sauce, a lot of duck, 2 kinds of dumplings and grated sachi plus the best red cabbage in the world. We still have something left, brilliant. Amazing place. Gives off a very traditionally Bavarian vibe, from the "old" look of the interior (note the quotation marks, it's not old or run down but the style looks very traditional) to the (very friendly) wait staff wearing Tracht and Dirndl. The food is classic Bavarian and exquisite and it is a pleasure to enjoy it with a beer in their beer garden. Really the only drawback to this place is their prices. It is definitely not cheap but rather on the expensive side of things.

1. The restaurant is quite central in Garching. Has a beer garden. There are few parking spaces on site. But you can find something in the immediate vicinity. 2. Staff was very friendly and quick. Paying was also very quick. 3. Food is typically Bavarian. Very good taste. Prices are also acceptable. Portions could be a bit bigger. Beer tastes great.

A very good restaurant. Reasonably priced and portion sizes are quite generous. I liked the alcohol-free beer. It was light and tasted exactly like it should. Definitely recommend.

Very nice Wiener Schnitzel. They also support, in contrast to the Augustiner, NFC payments which is a very big plus.

Host and hostess are friendly. However, the waitress that served us was not very pleasing. She did not accept coins smaller than 0.1 euro and just tipped them over the table RUDELY. She did NOT give the change back and kept ALL the change as tip for her by default. But my German is not too good to argue with her. I think that's why she dares to do so. 3 stars are deducted by her. About the food, the burger is OK but the meat is overcooked. I can taste the bitterness of it. 1 star is deducted by the burger.

Lovely restaurant! Traditional and tasty Bavarian food. Attentive and friendly staff in traditional clothes. They have a very cozy Biergarten, which is a vary nice place to enjoy a beer or meal in summer. Good atmosphere inside as well. Definitely worth a visit! I have not tried the hotel.

Restaurant: Good beers. Decent but slightly greasy food. Food was ready in no time. Service unattentive. During payment they specifically asked for a tip and had already rounded up the bill themselves. It's a very rude gesture, especially when somebody has already planned to leave a tip.

Good food, very appealing meal presentation with a warm and family friendly atmosphere. Recommend you try. I had the Ox tail soup with liver dumpling, salad and pork shank All items were well prepared and very delicious.

Once a year we drive to the Neuwirt ... and it is always very nice there ... nice beer garden, super nice staff and really delicious food, thank you and see you next year

Food and service were great. The weissbier was smooth and a touch sweet. Was very easy to drink. Soup, salad and dessert were all delightful and appropriately portioned. Was there for a large group event and they handled it very well! Definitely a place to come back to.
